Amy and Steve are knowledgeable, friendly, and committed agents who work diligently for their clients. Together, they make a strong team who compliment each other well and bring a multitude of valuable qualities that qualify them to serve you best. They currently reside in Sandy Hook with their 7 children.
Steve is a New York transplant who’s expertise of home values lies in his 20 year career of being both an agent and certified real estate appraiser, and most recently a Broker. He is a strong negotiator and is thoughtful in presenting offers creatively to give you the best chance of securing the home you want in the the home buying process. He is consistent and honest and his experience in the field is very beneficial in the process. Steve is licensed in CT & NY and serves clients in both states.
Amy was born and raised in Fairfield, CT. She is genuine, warm, and supportive, and will make the process feel achievable and easy. She is a people person, and her biggest strength lies in connecting with and understanding each person’s unique needs and desires. She sees the potential in every home, and mindfully and intently searches for homes that will meet those wants and needs.
